Shipping
All orders are handmade in London and we aim to dispatch within 48 hours (excl weekends) of receiving your order. Occasionally we do ship 72 hours after order - making everything in house means we just want to ensure it is perfect before it is sent!
  • UK orders are sent Royal Mail 1st Class with proof of postage.
  • International orders are sent 1st Class Royal Mail Tracked and Signed
  • Upon dispatch you will receive an email with your tracking information.
  • Should you have any queries regarding delivery please email thestudio@aestheticlaundry.com and one of the team will come back to you the following working day.
    Returns and Exchanges
    Want to return or exchange something? No problem. You can return or exchange your item for a different size simply by following the instructions below. You may return your unworn item complete with all tags to us for either a full refund or an exchange.
    • From receipt of purchase, we offer 14 days for a refund and 30 days for an exchange.
    • Please include a note with your full name, order number and email address with your returned item. Including all this information will ensure we can process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. 
    Faulty Items
    We apologise if you have received an incorrect or faulty item.
    • Please email thestudio@aestheticlaundry.com to arrange a replacement or a refund.
    • Upon receipt of the faulty item, we will process your refund (which will include your return shipping cost).

    Please note, you do not need to return your piece ‘tracked’. Proof of postage is sufficient for tracking purposes

    Refunds
    • Once your returned item has been received the team will process your refund as soon as possible.
    • It can take 5 - 10 working days for your refund to reach you, depending on your bank.

    Shipping, Returns & Exchanges FAQs
    Can I exchange an item for a different one?
    No, you can only exchange an item for a different size or colour. Please note this is subject to availability, therefore ensure you email the team before you return.

    What if the item is not available in the colour or size required?
    We would suggest checking stock availability online before requesting to exchange. If we do not have the item in stock that you have requested, we will process a refund once you have returned the item.

    What happens if I want to return something outside of the returns and exchange windows?
    If you have missed the 14 day returns window and the 30 day exchange window, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund.

    How long will it take to receive my order? For all online orders, dispatch will be within 48 hours of payment being made. All items are sent Royal Mail 1st Class. Therefore UK orders should be received within 4 working days of payment being made. Rest of World orders should allow approximately 14 working days from date payment is made.

    Will I receive dispatch email confirmation?
    Yes, email confirmation will be sent once your items have been dispatched. All pieces are sent proof of postage, therefore please contact the team directly if you wish to follow up on your order.
