  • This season we will be shipping up until the 18th December. 
  • Shop with us via our Pre-Order mechanic to guarantee your order is made as a priority
  • Any orders placed from 1st November - 24th December 2020, can be exchanged or returned up until the 31st January 2021, as long as the tags are returned with the garment and the garment has not been worn. 
General Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Each garment at Aesthetic Laundry is Made to Order in our studio in East London. With that in mind we aim to ship within five working days of receiving your order. 
  • UK orders are sent 1st Class Tracked
  • International orders are sent International Tracked
  • Upon dispatch you will receive an email with your tracking information.
  • Should you have any queries regarding delivery please email and one of the team will come back to you within one working day.
    Returns and Exchanges
    Want to return or exchange something? No problem. You can return or exchange your item for a different size simply by following the instructions below. You may return your unworn item complete with all tags to us for either a full refund or an exchange.
    • From receipt of purchase, we offer 14 days for a refund and 30 days for an exchange.
    • Please include a note with your full name, order number and email address with your returned item. Including all this information will ensure we can process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
    Return Address
    Due to the impact of COVID-19 it is not possible to return parcels to the studio address. Please contact and one of the team will provide you with the alternative returns address.
    • Once your returned item has been received the team will process your refund as soon as possible.
    • You will receive an email confirming the refund has been processed, however please it can take 5 - 10 working days for your refund to reach you, depending on your bank.
    Faulty Items
    We apologise if you have received an incorrect or faulty item.
    • Please email to arrange a replacement or a refund.
    • Upon receipt of the faulty item, we will process your refund (which will include your return shipping cost).

    Can I exchange an item for a different one?
    No, you can only exchange an item for a different size or colour. Please note this is subject to availability, therefore ensure you email the team before you return.

    What happens if I want to return something outside of the returns and exchange windows?
    If you have missed the 14 day returns window and the 30 day exchange window, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund.

    How long will it take to receive my order? We operate a Made to Order production process, therefore please allow five working days for your order to be made and dispatched.
    Although we expect UK deliveries to be made within two days, due to the impact of COVID-19 we have had feedback that it is taking a little longer to receive parcels. 
    Please allow 14 days for international deliveries.

    Will I receive dispatch email confirmation?
    Yes, email confirmation will be sent once your items have been dispatched. The email will include the tracking details for your order.
