Each garment at Aesthetic Laundry is Made to Order in our studio in East London. 
  • UK orders are sent 1st Class Tracked
  • Upon dispatch you will receive an email with your tracking information.
  • Should you have any queries regarding delivery please email and one of the team will come back to you within one working day.
    Returns and Exchanges
    Want to return or exchange something? Check that the product you ordered is applicable for an exchange / return below:
    Main Range (Autumn Winter / Spring Summer): Applicable for both exchanges and returns
    Created For You: Due to the nature of the parcel we cannot offer refunds, however if you don't feel the parcel is for you, you can return any number of the garments enclosed for a voucher. The voucher will be available to use site wide on Aesthetic Laundry for 6 months. 
    Made To Measure: Not applicable for exchanges or refunds
    Custom Lab: Not applicable for exchanges or refunds
    If applicable you can return or exchange your item for a different size simply by following the instructions below. You may return your unworn item complete with all tags to us for either a full refund or an exchange.
    • From receipt of purchase, we offer 14 days for a refund and 30 days for an exchange.
    • Please include a note with your full name, order number and email address with your returned item. Including all this information will ensure we can process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

    • Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the garment(s) back. 
    • You will receive an email confirming the refund has been processed, however it can take 5 - 10 working days for your refund to reach you, depending on your bank.
      Faulty Items
      We apologise if you have received an incorrect or faulty item.
      • Please email to arrange a replacement or a refund.
      • Upon receipt of the faulty item, we will process your refund (which will include your return shipping cost).

      Can I exchange an item for a different one?
      No, you can only exchange an item for a different size or colour. Please note this is subject to availability, therefore ensure you email the team before you return.

      What happens if I want to return something outside of the returns and exchange windows?
      If you have missed the 14 day returns window and the 30 day exchange window, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund.

      Will I receive dispatch email confirmation?
      Yes, email confirmation will be sent once your items have been dispatched. The email will include the tracking details for your order.

      I live outside the UK, can I still place an order?
      Yes! Please refer to our International Shipping and Returns policy for more information
