International Shipping and Returns
Please note, having done our research there are a couple of factors that increase the cost of shipping.
- The first is weight. We are therefore going to cap order weight at 2kg.
- The second is the cost of the goods. Each country is subject to its own customs / import fees therefore we have set a cap for order value:
- Europe: We are going to cap orders at £135 (150 Euros)
- Worldwide: We are going to cap orders at £200 *each country is subject to their own duties therefore it is worth checking in advance of purchasing your countries rules and regulations.
These are internal caps that we are placing on orders. If you order over these values or weight we will email you to discuss your options. The last thing we want is for customers to be charged huge fees upon receipt of their garments.
- All international orders will follow the same fulfilment process as the UK; orders will be cut, made and dispatched within a 5 working day turnaround unless utilizing offer codes which state otherwise.
- International orders are being sent via the Royal Mail, 1st Class Tracked.
- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your country.
- Upon dispatch you will receive an email with your tracking information.
- Should you have any queries regarding delivery please email email@example.com and one of the team will come back to you within one working day.
- Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout
- Please allow for minor discrepancies with currency conversions
- For European customers we are able to offer free shipping for orders over 85 Euros. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free shipping in any other countries
Customs and Duties
- International customers are responsible for their countries taxes and duties.
Although our hope is that you will love your AL, it is possible to return your order for a refund.
- Items must be returned unworn and complete with all tags for us to process
- Aesthetic Laundry cannot cover the cost of return.
- At this time Aesthetic Laundry cannot offer exchanges for international customers.
- From the date of receiving your order, we offer 30 days for you to return it to us for a refund or exchange.
- Please include a note with your full name, order number and email address with your returned item. Including all this information will ensure we can process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
We apologise if you have received an incorrect or faulty item.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a replacement or a refund.
Upon receipt of the faulty item, we will process your refund (which will include your return shipping cost).

- Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the garment(s) back.
- You will receive an email confirming the refund has been processed, however it can take 5 - 10 working days for your refund to reach you, depending on your bank.
International Shipping, Returns & Exchanges FAQs
What is the maximum order value I can spend?
Customers in Europe should not exceed £130 per order. ROW customers should check the rules and regulations of their individual country. We do not cap it for you, however if you do spend over this amount, we will contact you to discuss your options.
Will I be charged customs & Import fees?
As we make and dispatch orders from the UK, international orders may be subject to additional import fees and taxes upon delivery.
Can I exchange an item for a different one?
No, exchanges are not possible for international customers however you can return an order and re-order in the colour/size you require.
What happens if I want to return something outside of the returns windo?
If you have missed the 30 day returns window unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We make garments to order so your order will be cut, made and dispatched within 5 working days (unless utilising an offer code which takes longer).
From the date of dispatch, the delivery time will depend on your country and will be subject to taking longer if selected for checks at your customs office. Please refer to your tracking information for updates.
Will I receive dispatch email confirmation?
Yes, email confirmation will be sent once your items have been dispatched. The email will include the tracking details for your order.
Is shipping free?
Free shipping is available in Europe for orders over 85 Euros. ROW customers will be charged shipping at the checkout
Is the return shipping cost free?
As a small business we are not in a position to offer free shipping for returns.
